Our furniture is evolving with time and with this comes a larger range of products that we can offer to schools. Our school picnic tables are ideal for playground furniture as we are sure that they will handle the extremes that students can through at them.

We say this with confidence because we have been manufacturing outdoor tables for commercial sites for years and all without incidents. We ensure hand select the timber we use in our playground furniture and also insist in the best hardware to hold it together with.

TK Tables does not import its products and as such every item is custom made to the clients orders. We have been able to significantly diversify our product range as a result. The advantage to primary schools is that we can now even offer a lower table custom made to a small adult height.

We have the largest range of conventional 'A' frame school picnic tables online and also have the largest diversity outside of the conventional styles. We provide a large range of school tables and school benches made from sleepers as an convenient alternative. These have low maintenance requirements and weather well outdoors, so there is little to do to them apart from enjoy.

'A' Frame timber school picnic tables We will match any price on similar solid 'A' frame picnic tables	The standard in school playground furniture, the conventional 'A' frame timber picnic table and seats. We manufacture these school tables in a variety of sizes and materials. Standard size for Secondary schools and if required slightly lower for Primary schools. 8 Seater 750 H x (740 to 990) W8 Seater 650 H option for Primary Schools in 1.8m long or 2.4m long. All made from 50mm thick timber so they are sturdy enough to climb all over. Primary school outdoor tables can be made slightly lower if required.
The Royal bench ideal school benches	These seats are made entirely from New red gum, ironbark, greygum or treated pine timber sleepers in 200x100 or 200x75mm thickness. All sharp edges are removed and the surface is dressed to a smooth finish. We give them a light coat of furniture oil before delivery to retain and expose the natural timber colour and grains. This is a very heavy piece of furniture at approx. 200Kg. It would complement any school ground, garden or courtyard. Comes in 1.8m long and 2.4m long.
conventional school picnic table	These outdoor table and seats are made entirely from New Red Gum or Treated Pine timber sleepers 200x100mm thick. They are 2.4m long but can be made shorter or longer if required. Table tops come in 2 widths: 600mm Wide : (3 Sleepers) 800mm Wide : (4 Sleepers) The surface is sanded and all splinters and all sharp edges are removed. If you would like them dressed, we add 20% to the above costs. We give them a light coat of furniture oil before delivery to retain and expose the natural timber colour and grains. This is even heavier than the Royal above !!
The Kings Table - Solid Red Gum Railway Sleeper Table	These outdoor table and seats are made entirely from Recycled 'A' Grade railway sleepers and will retain a rustic look with railway spike holes and impressions. Available in 2 sizes: 1.8m long x 675mm Wide : (3 Sleepers) 2.4m long x 900mm Wide : (4 Sleepers) Rustic in look, and as sturdy as a rock, these will withstand anything. And yes they are very heavy. These Recycled railway sleepers can also be dressed to provide a smooth rustic look. The tables won't move but bench seats can be anchored if required for a few dollars more. The table can also be made from Ironbark, redgum and treated pine sleepers
Single Timber Bench Seat With Sides Or Simple Singles	We also have a range of standard benches for the kids to sit and play on in the playground. Made from sold 100x200 new red gum timber sleepers these can be scattered around the yard and will last and last. Up to 2.4 m long and sanded to remove splinters. Or maybe just simple singles. The legs are firmly secured to the seat with Galvanised brackets to stop them separating. These can be all be dressed and oiled to give them a beautiful red colour and exposes the timber grain for an additional $50 We would recommend anchoring these into the soil or bolting them to concrete as they are very heavy if toppled. Bolting to concrete add $35 Prices will reduce for volume orders of school benches
